Rica Cruz-Santo dedicates her practice to personal injury and employment law cases ranging from automobile accidents and premises liability to sexual harassment and wage and hour claims. She has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements in slip/trip and falls, employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases. She serves on the board for Alameda/Contra Costa Trial Lawyers' Association and is a co-editor of the association's magazine, The Verdict.
